Children will take on practical science, technology, engineering and maths challenges - experimenting, investigating, designing, building and problem-solving as they work towards their official CREST Award certificate.

A fun, practical way to explore STEM, try out ideas, solve problems and learn by doing.

Each week the children complete an activity which gets stamped into their passport (shown) once they have completed their passports we can order their superstar certificates.

After this they can move on to Bronze certificates etc

ATTUNE - The Monday Reset: An experiential nervous system masterclass 🧡

ATTUNE is a 90-minute experiential masterclass designed to create some space to reset after the weekend and reconnect before moving into the week ahead.

The session combines somatic movement, nervous system education and practical regulation tools, alongside guided reflection around our first theme: Attunement.

We’ll explore how to notice what is happening within us, how to recognise when our capacity is becoming stretched, and use simple embodied practices to support overwhelm, focus and greater choice in how we respond.

It’s particularly relevant for parents, professionals and anyone who finds themselves holding a lot - and no previous experience is needed.
